Allen Christensen

Allen is a proud Tiwi man raised in Lara, Victoria.

Allen attended St Joseph’s college, Newtown and was drafted by the Geelong Cats with pick 40 in the 2009 draft, going on to later win a premiership with the Geelong Cats in 2011.

Allen is still currently playing in the AFL, having played 133 games in his career. Yilay welcomes Allen on board as a valued ambassador.

Scott Prince

Scott Prince was born and raised in a small mining town in North West Queensland called Mount Isa. Scott grew up with his father Les – a hard working miner who sadly passed in 2001 (missed and never forgotten), his mum Marcia, who stayed at home and put up with two whinging boys, and older brother Stephen, aka Super Coach.

Stephen is Scott’s harshest critic, ringing him every night to teach him the finer points of the great game of rugby league. Scott will forever be indebted to his family and the people of Mt Isa, the place he still calls home.

Scott tries to get back to the place he grew up at least once a year and has a tattoo of the Mount Isa mines surrounding his foot, demonstrating how important it is to Scott to remember where you came from.

Scott is a very proud Aboriginal man from the Kalkadoon tribe in the Mount Isa region, something he cherishes and embraces.

Another important part of Scott’s life is his work as ambassador of Deadly Choices and being part of the Beyond The Broncos Indigenous Program (Brisbane Broncos) to encourage and promote the importance of education and Year 12 completion.
